Cellular Abroad opened shop in 2002, and was incorporated in 2004 and has expanded from their original location in Marina del Rey to Santa Monica and again in 2006 to their current Playa del Rey location. In 2007, Cellular Abroad became the official licensee of National Geographic and launched the popular National Geographic Travel Phone.
