Cellador Ales was established in 2015 by Kevin & Sara Osborne, and continues to be a brewer owned and operated establishment. It is among the few breweries that are dedicated to producing 100% oak fermented, and oak aged wild ales in the nation. Our beers are made using almost exclusively organic and local ingredients, and are conditioned with wild honey. Whether you are new to wild beers or a seasoned veteran, our goal is for you to experience the incredible nuances that come alive in mixed fermentation beers. We're looking forward to having you!
