Food is Ok Service is Ok Ambiance is meh Decent burger joint at decent prices. Don't be surprised if a stranger walks by and ask for some money. I would try this place again

Cecil's was a go to spot in Hayward. My mom worked here as well in the 70's but unfortunately it lost the old school taste it used to have along with the service. It wasn't bad but wasn't great....
