Vista Creek Apartments

Margie Yellenik has been the resident manager of these two-story townhome apartments for 25 years. She's not the kind of gal to put up with shenanigans from tenants, and her screening of prospects is clearly why this is a quiet and mellow place to live. Access to the 64 units is via gated driveways, and there is on-site laundry and a vending machine. A small kidney-shaped pool lies at the center of the complex. Some of the units have patios, while others do not, but all of the apartments have the same floorplan: bedroom and bath are upstairs, everything else is on the ground floor.
