they skipped picking up our garbage but remembered recycle bin. Called a few times, they mentioned they'll send someone out twice but they never came. Our HOA wasn't much help either

Always find garbage everywhere after they come and pick it up. No longer picking up our recycling for some reason. Worst garbage service I've ever had. Called multiple times, nothing changed.
