Mr. Calvin began practicing law in 1995, after passing the California Bar exam on his first attempt in the summer of 1994. Since becoming a lawyer he has always had his own practice. Now in his 18th year of the practice of law, Mr. Calvin has focused his practice to representing both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy, business and civil litigation and criminal defense. Mr. Calvin is license to practice law before all California state courts, the United States Southern and Central District federal courts in California, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum. He is also an experienced mediator, having mediated many civil cases in Orange County.

Primary focus of my practice is representing debtors and creditors in bankruptcy protection. Represent clients throughout the Central and Southern Districts of California. For past several years have assisted hundreds of self-represented (Pro Se) debtors with filing their own Chapter 7 Bankruptcies while working at Orange County Legal Aid Society and by volunteering with the Public Law Center. In addition to practicing bankruptcy, Mr. Calvin has extensive experience in litigating business disputes and civil litigation. He also has defended clients charged with both state crimes and federal offenses since being licensed in 1995.
