History
The practice was originally established by Doctor Victor Rosen in 1983. Since 2002, Dr. Jana Chen and Dr. James Cheung has expanded the practice and moved it from the old location that was located at 14556 Pipeline Ave , Chino, Ca.91710. We have a very loyal patient base that has followed us to our larger current location on Pipeline and Riverside Dr next to Subway and Wiennerschnitzel. We continue to provide excellent comprehensive exams and quality staff service to our patients in the neighborhood. We work closely with the local Lions Club and Rotary Club to promote eye health.
