Founded in 1991 by Patrick Scofield - CHB is family owned and operated and we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent building experience. We work personally with each client from land acquisition, architectural plan development, interior and exterior design coordination, project scheduling and management. Our goal for each new construction or remodel is for our clients to feel the build experience was seamless and organized and at completion their home accurately depicts and exemplifies their lifestyle.
