The California Contract Cities Association (CCCA) has been strengthening local control and governance since 1957. With a mission to address shared risks and develop long-term strategies for public agencies, CCCA brings together over 40 member cities to preserve their independence while benefiting from risk pooling.
CCCA works with various associate members, including California Joint Powers Insurance Authority, SoCalGas, California Resources Corporation, Water Replenishment District, Southern California Edison, Tripepi Smith, and Amazon, to provide affordable energy, manage and protect groundwater resources, offer marketing and technology services, and enhance advocacy before policymakers. CCCA also organizes events and meetings to facilitate collaboration and address important issues affecting member cities.
