Pastry Chef and Food Chemist Jennifer Ladd -Zimmerman overseas the bakery and cafe operations, handcrafting organic artisanal ancient grain breads and confections daily. With an uncompromising eye for pure, organic, local, non gmo and sustainable ingredients the bakery & cafe menu highlights fresh innovative foods and classics with a twist, while always keeping healthful, gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, natural and non toxic in mind. Having traveled the world and lived in France, Africa and New York City she brings to the kitchen a unique flair her creations.
