History
Cake designer, Gabrielle Feuersinger, was born and raised in San Francisco (Go Lowell High!) so there was only one option for the home of her cake business. Cake Coquette is fairly new on the scene, but Gabrielle has been honing her skills for years in the industry. With formal training from the CCA (California Culinary Academy) she set off for a stint at the W Hotel Seattle and then to Los Angeles to work for the well known Cake Divas. In Los Angeles the orders where often extreme, challenging but always fun. Making cakes for celebrities and movie sets prepares you for anything so Gabrielle can grant any request. Gabrielle's inspiration comes from ornamental art such as Faberge Eggs, Italian and French ornament, Art Nouveau patterns and so much more. She is happy to create new designs based on a clients vision as well. Every cake is different so the possibilities are endless.

Cake Coquette specializes in anything cake! You can have an intricately decorated wedding cake or an over the top sculpture birthday cake. If you can dream it, Cake Coquette can create it.
