I agree. Randy is terse and rude (he raised his voice at me too when I asked for clarification and rationale regarding his work). He is quite motivated by money over customer service.

The manager Randy has NO customer service skills. Yelled at my sister, took complete advantage of an 88 year old lady. Charged 3 hours for a 1:15 min service that they couldn't even do anything....

The guy was nice who came out, but he spent about 5-7 minutes in the house, and charged $140 (of which $125 was for labor). It seemed pretty expensive to me, considering he snipped a chain & left....
