BRR GRR LLC was founded in 2020 with the goal of bringing uniquely crafted gourmet burgers and ice cream sandwiches to the streets of San Diego. Our head chef, Jeremy, has over 20 years experience in some of the best local hotel, catering and fine dining kitchens. His recent resume includes the Grand Hyatt, Andaz, Planet Hollywood and the Hotel del Coronado where he has cooked for many television and movie stars, famous musicians and celebrity chefs. Jeremy and his team are committed to producing flavor-filled cuisine using locally sourced, high quality ingredients. Our co-owner and manager, Ryon, literally grew up in the food service industry as his parents bought their first restaurant when he was five years old. From then until he finished college, Ryon worked in many different kitchens, including working as sous chef alongside his father who was a Culinary Institute of America graduate.
