History
Founded during the pandemic, Brightside Law Group's managing attorney, Seth Schwartz, Esq., branched out from the Law Offices of Schwartz & Storey, founded in 2012 to help children with special needs in public education. Schwartz & Storey successfully litigated positive outcomes for thousands of families, taking some of the challenging cases to hearing and on appeal to the Souther District and Appellate Courts. Brightside Law Group continues in that tradition of supporting families.
