HistoryOur practice has called the beach cities of El Segundo and Manhattan Beach, CA home for over 45 years. Originally established by Dr. James Duffin in 1967, the practice was expanded to include Dr. Michael Adams in 1977 and Dr. Amy Gimlen in 2006. Our endurance and reputation has allowed us to stay in touch with our patients long after their orthodontic treatment is completed, and enabled us to treat second and even third generation family members. Dr. Gimlen and Dr. Adams have a unique blend of training from some of the top nationally recognized clinical orthodontic programs and decades of treatment experience.
