Karishma, the resident facilitator, founded Breathwork Society because she believes that stress, struggle & anxiety are not the normal human state instead ease, flow & joy are. She suffered from anxiety, eating disorder & more but broke free using breathwork & other somatic healing techniques. She believes that everyone has the right to know how to heal themselves & live an anxiety/struggle free life.
