History
It has been my experience that most people just want simple treatments or medications to relieve symptoms, and are not open or ready to make the needed changes in their life styles to help treat the health problem itself. I became a fascial stretch therapist to address this need. As a fascial stretch therapist, I consider myself a health facilitator. Through gentle, sustained work in my stretching practice, anyone can augment the body's natural propensity to heal itself, and restore good posture, health and an overall sense of well being.
Specialties
Fascial stretch therapy is a unique method of assisted stretching focusing on opening and lengthening the body's joint capsules and fascial network. It is a pain free practice which produces results through the use of breath and state of the art stretching techniques. The client is guided gently through a complete range of motion, beginning with the deepest areas of restriction and moving through the fascial lines outward to the most superficial, in order to provide maximum benefits. Stretch therapy is the perfect complement to your exercise and health regimen. Whether you're a professional athlete, a weekend warrior, a work-at-home parent, or you just need something to help you feel better, stretch therapy assists in the maintenance and structural integrity of the body and can improve health and wellness.
