Their innovative, 30-minute fitness concept combined strength training and sustained cardiovascular activity through safe and effective hydraulic resistance. The club was an overnight success, as it gave women a supportive and comfortable atmosphere in which to work out. Curves Arroyo Grande 5 Cities Pismo Beach open first in 2001 at the Arroyo Grande Kmart Center and was purchased by Teri G. and moved to the Pismo Coast Shopping Plaza in 2011. I very much enjoy the woman I meet and work with everyday and always strive to keep a clean, positive and friendly environment for woman to come to get and stay healthy.
