HistoryStuermer Studios (formerly known as Fossil Faux Studios) first began with a popular line of resin cabinet pulls using recycled computer components embedded in the resin. The business quickly grew to offer larger, functional furniture and architectural interior installations for the home owner as well as designers and architects. Now, Stuermer Studios focuses on their work in two studios. One, is the personal art studio of founder, Marcia Stuermer and her resin-based sculptural artwork to collectors, art patrons and galleries. The other studio concentrates on producing high-end functional custom resin work worldwide for both residential and commercial use with their unique 3-layer resin that gives unparalleled beauty, durability and renewability to every project.SpecialtiesStuermer Studios creates the highest quality, functional artisanal resin work for interior and exterior spaces. We enjoy collaborating directly with designers, architects and end clients to put a creative fingerprint on their architectural and home renovation projects by creating what is needed aesthetically, conceptually and physically for each individual project. Our unique 3-layer resin product offers exceptional beauty, durability, renewability and customization. Our custom work is great for a myriad of applications including counter/bartops, tabletops, stair treads, flooring, handrail panels, wall cladding, feature walls, partitions, shower enclosures, to name just a few. In our efforts to be as sustainable as possible, we also offer a Liquidation/Reclamation Program where we sell our seconds, project overruns, samples and buy back credits at significantly discounted prices.
