If you do it in the snow it is a 4 but if not I would imagine it is more of a 3. Go past the campground area just about a 1/4 mile for better views. The views on most of the way up aren't that...

Beautiful trail, mostly shaded. Dog friendly. Parking was easily accessible. Hiked up to the top which lands you at the campground and ski lift area.
