History
When I first came to the U.S., I originally settled in Los Angeles where my brother Alex and I worked at Ocha restaurant together. We then worked at a casino together before buying a fine-dining American cuisine restaurant. After I sold this restaurant in 2002, I moved to Long Beach and took over Bai Plu on 7th St. from the previous owners, who had run the restaurant for over 20 years. The restaurant was so successful, I decided to open a second location on Bellflower near the college.
