Same Estimate #317 now alterd the week of demo he never showed for now under Belissimo Tile job description removed.

Alex saying he'd own up and fix the problem, which he never did. Dragged on few more months, blamed me then disappeared.

Alex stating he filed my claim back in MAY!! It was a lie, No claim was filed manufacture LUX Flooring COO confirmed.

Alex sending me to Santa Fe Springs to pick out floors he knew he'd never purchase or install!

Floors literally popping out of place, also happened throughout my home!

Started lifting up in the corners after about 11 months in. It gets worse as months go by.
