I always think consumer first. Why? Because I am a consumer too. I will never forget the time I walked up to a cosmetic counter for my very first foundation. The woman was knowledgeable about the product she was selling, but she didn't understand skin or undertone. I walked out of there unknowingly with a foundation that was too dark, too red and too oily for my skin. That ignited my promise to always be knowledgable to provide my clients with what is best for them.
