GO-FAME is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit theatrical producing and training program for youth, ages 8-18. Our goal is to work with the diverse youth population in Long Beach and bring them together in this collaborative art form.We provide a safe place for budding young artists to explore the arts and develop their skills. Through our fully-staged musical productions, young performers work with professional directors, musical directors and choreographers to create a fun, exciting, professional-quality show. Kids, ages 8-18 learn about and experience theatre from audition to performance, both on stage and behind the scenes. Our performers learn to be responsible, considerate team players.We participate in our community through a variety of programs including after-school outreach programs, open mic nights and collaborations with other youth and arts organizations. We are working to create a fun, safe and happy community of performers and future patrons of the arts.
