Baden High School offers a handful of alternative programs for students who require special attention or who were not successful in conventional high schools. Specifically, it houses a continuation school, a program for student mothers, a therapeutic program, an independent study program and an intervention program for 8th graders who did not graduate to high school. The small size (150 students or fewer) allows faculty to focus on the special needs of the students. Baden emphasizes academic and interpersonal skills and exposes students to a variety of career and educational options they can explore after high school.
