History
I started Backwoods BBQ in 1993 after cooking for large parties with my quarter horse friends from Texas & New Mexico. I began cooking for my friends in Country Radio as well at KIK, KZLA & KFRG along with local rodeo events. I opened my first restaurant in 1998 after catering for 5 years and have never looked back. We expanded to a second 300 person Steakhouse in 2008. We now strictly do on-site authentic BBQ catering with over 5000 clients.
