History
We started our business out of our San Mateo home kitchen and quickly move to KitchenTown, a commissary kitchen and food startup incubator. After growing our community through selling at local farmer's markets in Burlingame and San Mateo, we opened our first brick & mortar location in downtown San Mateo in June 2019.
Specialties
We specialize in naturally leavened mild sourdough breads with a German twist, pretzels, and pastries and viennoiserie. We also offer coffee from different local Bay Area roasters, as well as tea from Leaves & Flowers in Berkeley.
