History
Talya's Kitchen truly started in 2003 when, inspired by my teacher's Ayurvedic Center (the dhyana Center in Sebastopol, Ca) and natural food sense, I set out to create a cookbook of the food prepared and talked about in the dhyana Center's kitchen. This quickly led to the idea that I should teach others how to make these life-giving recipes by teaching cooking classes. Before I knew it, I was the dhyana Center's first official resident chef, cooking for clients going through intensive cleansing and rejuvenation programs (i.e. Pancha Karma), leading well-attended cooking classes and preparing meals for people in need in the community. Talya's Kitchen is a small catering business, specializing in delicious healing nourishment, nutrition education and organic, primarily plant-based meals/services.

Over 17 years of experience helping men and women heal digestive issues, hormone imbalance, inflammation, and other challenging symptoms. I work with people who are ready to be empowered around their health and access their internal wisdom so they can feel energized, strong, and confident at any age.
