AugustineIdeas/ConsumerEffectsIntl was founded by Debbie Augustine in 1996 out of her own home. Soon, a handful of staff support was working in wall-to-wall quarters shared by one loveable miniature Schnauzer. Today Debbie has grown her agency to a robust team of over fifty professionals (plus two more Schnauzers and twin toddlers). Each member of the Augustine staff has been handpicked for their diverse and highly unique backgrounds, experience, personality, creative talents and their ability to work closely and compassionately as a team with both clients and co-workers.
