Upon moving back to her childhood homeland, at One yOga, owner and director, Justine Lemos decided to open a yoga studio as there was none in Fort Bragg, CA. Within 6 months classes had grown to exceed the first Company Store location so she opened a second yoga studio on N. Franklin St. Now she directs and owns at One yOga and at One yOga (too). Directed by Justine Lemos, PhD and E-500 Registered Yoga Teacher, at One yOga's vision of yoga is comprehensive, providing students training in asana (posture), pranayama (breath-work), meditation, mantra (chanting), yogic dietary recommendations, and more. We like our two big O's in at One yOga because it makes us think about the sun and the moon.

at One Yoga is a studio dedicated to yoga and yogic arts in Fort Bragg, CA. It is Fort Bragg's only space complete dedicated to yoga, meditation and other spiritual arts. We offer classes in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Pilates, Restorative Yoga & Yin Yoga. Justine owns and directs At One Yoga. She holds a PhD in Cultural Anthropology from UC Riverside (with an emphasis in Indian dance and South Asian embodied philosophy), a Master's degree in Dance Studies from Mills College, a Master's degree in Anthropology and a B.A. in World Dance from Hampshire College. Because of her intensive, long term in situ training in India, Justine's approach to yoga is both intellectual and intuitive. She seeks to infuse contemporary yogic practices with their foundational practices as described in Hindu and Buddhist texts. Justine is also an E- RYT-800 (Experience Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher). She has trained at Yoga West under students of Yogi Bhajan and under well-known Hatha Yogi Scott Miller at Western Yoga College, where she is now faculty. She has also studied yogic texts and practices with several masters in India including Pandit Sri Kumar. Justine is also an Ayurvedic Practitioner and teaches and practices Ayurvedic methods of wellness for body, mind and spirit. Via her practice of Ayurveda she also teaches Healing Light Yoga.
