At One Fitness is a small but clean neighborhood gym next to Flora Depot on Weddington near Blakeslee. Open since 2009, the gym provides private training, Muay Thai martial arts and extensive dance classes.
The gym is actively involved in the North Hollywood community. To that end, it provides periodic health seminars, nutrition and first aid classes as well as lecture series in health and fitness that are open to the public. In addition, the facility offers after-school fitness programs for kids and teens. Membership information and a full schedule of classes are available online.
