Stearns Business Machines has been in business since 1942. The quaint shop sells both new and antique typewriters, and also does repairs and orders parts for these machines. With more than half a century of experience, the employees here believe that writing with a typewriter is something of a lost art, one that they are proud to say they still embrace. In order to keep up with the times, Stearns also introduced a computer repair and service aspect to the store. Computer and typewriting classes are also available.
