Since 2002 we have been providing contract cleaning and building maintenance services to commercial property managers, construction companies, hotels, building tenants, and private owners. We began by providing general cleaning and janitorial to one small account in Carlsbad. Gradually we added on additional clients as well as services. Our client base has now grown to include dozens of satisfied commercial customers and or services now include complete floor care including VCT maintenance and replacement, stone cleaning and polishing, window washing, and carpet cleaning. We also provide service during construction and tenant improvement phases. Additionally, we are now offering many of our commercial services to residential customers.
Specialties
Window Cleaning- We use the latest tools and methods. Experience the fantastic results of our deionized water cleaning. It leaves your windows sparkling clean and streak free. We are currently contracted to maintain over 3,000 windows per month commercially. Carpet Cleaning- Low moisture encapsulation. It means that you won't be waiting for hours for your carpets to dry. It also means that you won't have the hassle of immediate re-soiling. Encapsulation is the latest technology in carpet care. It is now endorsed by several carpet manufacturers as the safest way to maintain your carpet. The product is applied, agitated, and extracted. It actually bonds to the soil in your carpet so that it can be extracted during the cleaning process. But the great thing about it is that it will continue to attack soil after we leave. Your vacuum cleaner will continue to pull suspended soils out of your carpet. Keeping the fibers bright and dirt free. Floor Care- Allow us to deep scrub your tile and grout. Then we can re seal it.
