Anacapa leasing office does not mind neighbors to smoke in their apartment. If you are a smoker in particular crack, marijuana laced with some other drug move here! They confirmed to me evicting...

We've been mostly satisfied with our time here. The unit is nice and the grounds well maintained (if not overly-maintained!). Walls are a bit thin but we've lucked out with mostly good neighbors...

Had some major issues with our washing machine. Wasn't agitating or spinning the clothes. Simply filled with water then emptied all the water out leading to staining on the clothes, and wasted...

Had issues with the fire alarm. Couldnt figure out which one was bad. Brandon came out once to replace one. After he left, the beeping continued. He had to come back and replace the second one....
