Alviso Adobe Community Park is a collaborative historical project between the City of Pleasanton and the Museum on Main. The park features lighted walkways, an amphitheatre and gardens, in addition to educational tour exhibits in which three distinctive periods of history are reconstructed and interpreted for visitors.
Historical exhibits on-site feature Native American bedrock mortar, as well as other Native American artifacts, a fully and accurately restored Alviso Adobe, complete with period furnishing, and the historic milking barn and bunkhouse of the adobe's dairy period.
