History
We saw that people needed an environment to train without feeling bad about themselves. It's hard enough as it is to exercise, so our ambition as trainers is to help people feel at ease when they train (rather than be fear-inducing obstacles). If training doesn't make you feel bad, you'll keep training. And that's the ultimate point, to make exercise a lifetime practice. This is the reason why we've been around for so long. Few do what we do.
Specialties
We offer fitness and martial arts, online or in-person. We're vaccinated and wear masks (and also ask for proof of vaccination). We are judgment-free, inclusive (including all shapes and sizes), and explicitly against body shaming, racism, classism, misogyny, and LGBTQ+ bigotry. Training is a social relationship. To make exercise a lifetime habit, you have to feel safe while training and have a healthy relationship with your trainers.
