About the Academy of Coaching and NLP (ACN) Our Mission and Vision The Academy of Coaching and NLP is an international coach training company. Our mission is to change the world through coaching. We believe that coaching people to become their best selves creates a ripple effect. Our vision is that when you make positive life changes, this change spreads out and encompasses everyone and everything you encounter--like the ripples created when a drop of rain or a skipped pebble hits the surface of still water. Our Distinctive Approach ACN's process is distinctive among other coaching schools. It's comprehensive. From start to finish, ACN trains coaches through an experiential model to become a successful NLP certified coach.
