St Helena High School
Founded in 1887, St Helena High School is an educational institution that is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. It serves students in grades 9 through 12 and offers courses in English, mathematics, science and social studies. The school also provides advanced placement courses in America history, chemistry, biology, calculus, French, Spanish and visual arts. In addition, St Helena High School offers community services for physically challenged and homeless students. It operates a media library that features novels, journals, periodicals, encyclopedias, as well as audiovisual compact discs. The school council organizes theme dances, food drives, rallies and appreciation programs. It hosts competitions in baseball, basketball, cross-country, football, golf, soccer, softball, tennis, track, volleyball and wrestling. Located in St. Helena, Calif., St Helena High School is a part of the St. Helena Unified School District, which operates several other elementary and middle schools.
