This hidden nook of peace and worship is part of a progressive, international Christian chapter operating its own television broadcast. The grounds are complete with a swimming pool, snack bar, park, benches and charming lion statues. There is plenty of parking on the premises and if you miss sermon, it streams on-line.

Lemurian Fellowship

This group teaches the Lemurian Philosphy—based on a review of ancient civilizations and the teachings of Christ. The fellowship was founded in Ramona by Robert Steele in 1936. Its offices and staff housing rest on 60 acres on Highway 67. The site also includes a maintenance shop and a large multipurpose community building called Rhu House. The fellowship is run by a board of governors; there is no individual leader. No classes are offered on site, but rather students around the globe are taught by personal correspondence with teachers.

Ramona New Life Assembly of God

New Life Assembly of God has undergone some changes since Pastor Dennis Ottalagano arrived from Crest in 2009. The congregation is more engaged and the grounds have been improved. Hayden Williams leads Bible studies on Sunday mornings at 9am before the worship service. Pastor Dennis also leads home Bible studies.

First Christian Church of Ramona

First Christian Church of Ramona is a non-denominational, New Testament congregation just off Main Street in central Ramona. Sunday school starts at 8:45 a.m. and Fellowship at 9:30 a.m. Worship begins at 10 a.m. and on Wednesdays Bible study meets at 7 p.m.
