I lost one of my heels and the other was worn down. He was able to replace both so I can continue wearing them again !! :)

Bottom of my Allen Edmonds Cliftons. The cobbler uses high quality leather soles and rubber heels. He doesn't bait and switch.

He stretched these beauties for me and took a 1/4 inch off the heels. Do now I can actually walk in them without falling!
