Wonderful atmosphere. My schedule is busy and they have a class from 5 am - 630 am. It let's me get a great workout in, and get home before the kids are up getting ready for school.

Love this gym! Great people with no egos. And they have 530 AM classes! You can train pretty much 6 days a week here if you have the time. Come and visit!
