Le Culinaire is open to students, faculty, staff, and the public offering lunch and dinner services once a week on Wednesdays September through November. The lunches are prepared by students in the Food Production III class, an introduction to restaurant and buffet service. The dinners are prepared by students in the Food Production IV class, which is one of the final classes that students take before completing an Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Art.CostThe cost of dinner is a suggested donation of $25 per person and the cost of lunch is a suggested donation of $15 per person, cash or check (made payable to UA-PTC CAHMI).
