History
We had started looking for a trailer in 2020, come up with our logo and then started trying to get ready to open. The world started going a bit crazy and we decided to hold off on opening. We didn't get to officially open our doors until the summer of 2021. My husband and I have always enjoyed cooking and feeding others and this is how this adventure started in our lives. He loves to smoke meat and is great at it! This is something that we take very serious and we want to succeed and hope that everyone enjoys our food. We are typically only open on Sundays, we don't have a full time menu. We like to change it up and make different food. We believe it gives people something to look forward to. The menu is always provided a day before we open on facebook. One day we hope that we can figure out how to be open more often but, he has a full time job through the week and he is the pitmaster!
