Since 1986, Open Arms Shelter has been providing emergency shelter to more than 2,100 victims of abuse as well as neglect between the ages of birth and 18 years. It not only serves children in Arkansas that are awaiting placement in foster homes, treatment facilities or with relatives, but also offers education, rehabilitation, love, attention as well as discipline. Based in Lonoke, Ariz., the organization has attained licensed from the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
