Ozarka College has been offering education, training and academic services since 1975. It is located in Melbourne, Ariz., and operates a two-year public postsecondary institution offering associate level degrees and technical certificates and basic adult education and workplace skills training. It has an enrollment of more than 1,000 students each semester. It offers a wide range of associate in arts and applied science degrees and certificate programs. Its associate science degrees are offered in various fields of study that include automotive service and business technology, criminal justice leadership, culinary arts hospitality, general technology, health information management and registered nursing. The college also provides various certificate courses, such as early childhood development, emergency medical training and licensed practical nursing. Ozarka College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is also a member of the North Central Association.
