Farmington High School operates a variety of departments, such as art, business, English, foreign languages, industrial technology, mathematics, music, science, social studies, and physical and health education. The school maintains a student council that communicates with parents, teachers and administrators regarding student issues and needs. Farmington High School has an annual enrollment of over 550 students in grades 9 through 12. The school maintains a guidance and counseling department that provides basic assistance to students regarding scholarships, career planning, and social and mental problems. Located in Farmington, Ark., the school is a part of Farmington Public Schools, which serves over 2,000 students in four schools.
