We call it "crack" chicken! it was juicy and seasoned just right! I'm from Arizona, but when near Minerals Springs.. This is a must! The crackling is also BOMB! You're welcome in advance!

Get the fried chicken. If nothing else, get the chicken. It is the best I have had in a long time. Get it and eat it hot or cold, it doesn't matter. Everyone behind the counter is really nice....
