Nirmul, MD, FACS, was recognized as one of America's Top Surgeons in 2007 and is recognized in Phoenix Magazine's Top Doctors annual edition. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery. Memberships include the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He completed his residency at the Mayo Clinic, attended graduate school at Yale University School of Medicine and graduated from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Nirmul is a general surgeon who specializes in a number of different laparoscopic procedures. Dr. Leverett is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. With 13 years of surgical expertise, Dr Leverett combines the art and science of cosmetic surgery and his skill with the latest techniques to achieve results that are beautiful yet natural. He believes a well-informed client makes the best decision. Education and patient safety are at the forefront of his practice. Professional memberships include Fellow American College of Surgeons, Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons, and a Member of the Lipoplasty Society. Dr Leverett completed his residency at Kettering Medical Center Dayton, Ohio, his Plastic Surgery Residency at York Hospital Department of Surgery York, Pennsylvania, and Maricopa Medical Center Department of Surgery. He attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia Augusta, Georgia. Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC) is an independent, not-for-profit organization. Ambulatory health care organizations seeking accreditation by the AAAHC undergo an extensive self-assessment and on-site survey by the Accreditation Association's expert surveyors-volunteer physicians, nurses and administrators who are actively involved in ambulatory health care. The survey is consultative and educational, presenting best practices to help an organization improve its care and services. More than 3, 600 ambulatory health care organizations across the United States are accredited by AAAHC. Not all ambulatory health care organizations seek accreditation and not all undergoing the on-site survey are granted accreditation.
