I believe Mark was friendly. He was quick and efficient in mounting my 40" TV. He knew what he was doing. He came in the window of time he had given and finished before then so I can plan my day....

The first thing M did when he came to the house was to put booties on to protect the floors ( who does that these days?) He worked efficiently, but asked us questions related to positioning etc....
