Triplex Training is a Chandler Gym specializing in group training and personal training. We work with our members to reach their goals. Goals range from general weight loss and fitness all the way to competing in endurance races. Our foundation is in functional fitness, this allows our members to achieve improved strength, fitness and mobility. Our workouts take 1 hr and include a warm-up.
